Work you'll do/Responsibilities.

• You will be responsible for both functional SDLC tasks and technical development work in PL/SQL working in an Oracle EBS or custom application environment.

• Responsibilities include requirements gathering, design, coding, testing, debugging, end-user training, and documentation.

• You will work directly with technical and business representatives, participating in meetings with key system owners to understand business requirements and supporting the administering and maintaining of development environments.

• You will be responsible for training team members and increasing capabilities of the team through mentorship and best practices.

• You would be responsible to leading a team of junior practitioners.

• Analyze and debug technical issues based on Oracle Forms, Reports and PL/SQL.

Qualifications Required

• 8+ years of experience as an Oracle EBS Developer and providing functional support on Oracle Financial Modules.

• 5+ years of OAF or OBIEE or SOA

• Good understanding of Oracle Financial & procurement module business processes and should be able to articulate it client conversations.

• Good understanding of Oracle financial & procurement features and should be able to configure, test the Oracle financial modules and transactions.

• Good Communication skills and should be able facilitate Client conversations independently.

• 6+ years of experience with Oracle Development, Oracle Report Builder, Oracle Financial Modules, Oracle EBS Purchasing and Oracle Implementations

• Ownership of client relationships at senior management level within the enterprise space

• Capability to absorb complex technical information, analyze and effectively communicate concepts to a wide range of audiences.

• Limited immigration sponsorship may be available.

• Direct experience executing successful business transformation projects with measurable results.

• Ability to travel 10%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve. This may include overnight travel.

• Expectation to co-locate in your designated Delivery location up to 30% of the time based on business needs. This may include a maximum of 10% overnight client/project travel.

• Bachelor's degree, preferably in Computer Sciences, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related IT discipline; or equivalent experience

• Must live in a commutable distance to or be willing to relocate to one of the following Delivery locations: Atlanta, GA; Charlotte, NC; Dallas, TX; Gilbert, AZ; Houston, TX; Lake Mary, FL; Mechanicsburg, PA; Philadelphia, PA
