Executive Assistant
The Executive Assistant will be responsible for providing advanced level professional customer service, administrative and technical support to the Director and Assistant Director of the Pennsylvania Child Welfare Resource Center Resource Center, external partners, and outside agencies. The Executive Assistant functions as a team member of the Administrative Department of the Resource Center. The Executive Assistant provides high level assistance to the Director and Assistant Director, which includes complex duties and handling confidential information. The Executive Assistant is responsible for executive level meeting management for both the senior management at the Resource Center and state level projects. It is the expectation of this position to maintain confidentiality, with experience in advanced level meeting management. Associates degree or 5 years equivalent experience required. Excellent interpersonal communication, writing, problem solving, coordination, meeting management, customer service, and computer skills are required. Must possess the ability to work and prioritize tasks independently.

The Child Welfare Resource Center operates in a hybrid work approach where work can be completed remotely, in the Mechanicsburg office, and in the field as necessary and appropriate.Time for this position is estimated as 75% remote work, 20% in the Mechanicsburg office, and 5% in the field. Must be able to travel infrequently, statewide throughout the Commonwealth.

Supports senior level roles in a wide variety of complex administrative and office functions as well as specialized technical support for academic or administrative departments.
Essential Functions
Must be able to operate computers and other office equipment; communicate effectively with management contacts as well as internal and external contacts; perform under pressure of numerous deadlines; perform multiple job tasks and projects. A valid driver's license or the ability to travel to perform the essential functions is required. This position requires proficiency in MS Office Suite including Teams, SharePoint, One Drive, and Outlook.
Physical Effort
Typical field travel required will be statewide throughout the Commonwealth on an infrequent basis, lift up to 30 pounds, set up and prepare audiovisual equipment for meetings and presentations.
