Description
We are seeking a dedicated, service-oriented person to assist with scheduling clients and greeting walk-in guests. You will be responsible for supporting our business increase by providing excellent customer service, answering phone calls, processing payments, and scheduling appointments with advisors. You will work closely with our team to ensure all customer needs are met promptly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Answering inbound calls professionally and providing customer service according to set standards.
Handling customer inquiries both telephonically and by walk-ins.
Processing customer payments accurately and efficiently.
Resolving product or service problems by clarifying customer complaints and providing appropriate solutions.
Identifying and assessing customers' needs to achieve satisfaction
Collaborating and coordinating with internal departments to deal with customers' requests and concerns.
Requirements
Qualifications:
Previous experience in an administrative role is required.
Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity.
Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field would be a plus.
