We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly motivated Accounts Payable Specialist to join our dynamic finance team. This role offers the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment and be part of a company that values creativity and innovation. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounts payable, excellent organizational skills, and a passion for improving processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review, verify, and process invoices and payment requests.

• Ensure accurate coding of invoices and expenses to appropriate accounts.

• Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.

• Prepare and process electronic transfers and payments.

• Assist with month-end closing activities and ensure timely completion of tasks.

• Maintain accurate records and documentation in accordance with company policies.

• Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth workflow and resolve issues.

• Provide excellent customer service to vendors and internal stakeholders.

  Requirements

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred.

• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in accounts payable or a similar role.

• Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office, particularly Excel.

• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to tasks.
