Summary: Clinical Nurse Department Pool I (not a float position - PRN) - $41/hr flat rate + $5 Night Differential

Independently cares for a group of patients consistently using the nursing process and clinical standards. Delegates appropriate patient care activities to other members of the health care team. Responsible for professional accountability and development. Fills needs within the department. Promotes evidence-based clinical care that exemplifies the pursuit of clinical excellence.

Minimum Qualifications:

Experience:

• Required - 18 months RN Pediatric Med/Surg/Tele experience

Education:

• Required - Associates - Nursing; Or - Diploma - Nursing; Preferred - Bachelors - Nursing

Credentials:

• Required - BLS, FL RN License

Minimum Pool Agreement:

• At least 4 shifts in 6 weeks

• At least 2 weekend shifts (included in 4 shifts)

• Ability to work 1 summer holiday and 1 winter holiday

• $41/hr flat rate

Location: Mease Countryside Hospital

Status: Pool, Exempt: No

Shift Hours: 6:45 PM - 7:15 AM

Shift: Shift 3

Shift 1 = Days, 2 = Evenings, 3 = Nights, 4 = Varies

Weekend Work: Occasional

On Call: No
