Service Advisor Responsibilities:
As a Service Advisor you will be responsible for initiating automotive services and repairs by ascertaining vehicle performance problems and service requests; verifying warranty and service contract coverage; developing estimates; writing repair orders; maintaining customer records.
Reaching out to customers about service changes and vehicles ready for pick up
Working with mechanics in regards to all repairs needed for vehicles
Updating customers on the status of their vehicles and potential trade in opportunities
Greet customers in a friendly professional manner
Provide estimates that are accurate and support upfront pricing guarantee
Identify, confirm and provide solutions to customers concerns
Service Advisor Qualifications:
Previous Service Advisor experience, preferred.
Prior experience as an automotive technician a plus.
A team player who is focused on providing exemplary customer service.
Basic mechanical understanding of an automobile and the industry
Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence
