Position Name: Registered Nurse (RN) - Med Surg

Location: McMinnville, OR - 97128

Employment Type: Direct-Hire & Permanent

Setting: Hospital

Salary (Union Pay Scale)

$40.78-$51.47 (1-9 years of experience)

$51.77-$58.86 (10-25 years of experience)

Shift Differentials:

Night Shift Differential: $6.50 per hour

Weekend Shift Differential: $2.00 per hour

Shifts Available

7pm-7:30am - x3 shifts per week

7am-7:30pm - x3 shifts per week

Requirements

• RN OR unencumbered state license.

• Acute Care/Med Surg experience (preferred).

• Open to LTC, Hospice, or similar background.

• At least 1 year of experience as an RN.

• BLS certification (or within 3 months of hire).

• Proficient in computer skills, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and EMR.

Job Summary

The Registered Nurse (RN) uses nursing education and experience to deliver patient care, adhering to hospital protocols and the nursing process. The RN responds to critical situations with appropriate interventions and coordinates care by prioritizing tasks, delegating, and adjusting care plans as needed. Job Duties:

• Provide care for patients across all age groups: Infants, Pediatrics, Adolescents, Adults, and Geriatrics.

• Document accurately to meet hospital and regulatory standards.

• Manage healthcare resources efficiently.

• Maintain clinical competency and pursue professional development.

• Apply theoretical knowledge and practical skills in a clinical setting.

• Work flexible schedules, including various shifts and days.

• Participate in projects to enhance patient care and satisfaction.
