We are in search of a Business Systems Analyst to join our client's team in McMinnville, Oregon. The role involves providing first-line support for SAP-related issues, training users on new solutions, and preparing requirement documents for the SAP team. As the Business Systems Analyst, you will be instrumental in maintaining the efficient functioning of their systems and ensuring internal and external customer satisfaction. This position will start as fully onsite and will move to a predominately remote role after a few months.

Responsibilities:

• Offer first-line support to address and resolve SAP-related issues within the domains of SD MM WM PP QM

• Train users on new solutions, ensuring they are well-versed with the SAP system

• Prepare comprehensive requirement documents and liaise with the SAP team for implementation

• Conduct thorough testing of new deliverables and updates from the SAP team

• Educate and inform the business on new deliverables and updates

• Provide support in other system applications like scanners

• Take charge of onboarding new users, including executing SAP navigation training and role training

• Maintain open communication with the Global SAP team, receiving updates and providing feedback on resolutions

  Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least 3 years of experience in a Business Systems Analyst role or similar.

• Proficiency in SAP modules relevant to the business area (e.g., FI, CO, MM, SD, HR)

• Experience working in the manufacturing industry is required

• Knowledge of SAP configuration tools, data structures, and reporting capabilities

• Previous experience in system implementation is preferred

• Must have experience in control testing and troubleshooting system issues and finding creative solutions to challenges

• Excellent customer service skills are required.

• Experience in application support.

• Ability to translate business requirements into functional SAP configurations
