JOB OVERVIEW

The role entails providing comprehensive support to care, billing, and other business teams by leveraging technology, particularly focused on the Electronic Health Record (EHR) and associated systems. Additionally, the role includes handling custom report requests aimed at gathering metrics on operational EHR usage within communities and the organization.

RESPONSIBILITIES & QUALIFICATIONS

Responsibilities:

The unique responsibilities for this role include but are not limited to the essential functions listed as follows:

• Support the care, billing, and other business teams, with technology focused on the Electronic Health Record (EHR) and related systems regarding release management, testing strategy, and custom reporting requests.

• Handle custom report requests that are required to gather metrics on Sunrise operational use of the EHR system and related systems within their communities and the organization.

• Conduct optimization/ad hoc data analysis on care and billing data.

• Interact with external system vendor regarding work efforts, issue resolution, and overall quality of service.

• Evaluate performance metrics and collaborate with other teams to determine additional community support needs, including trends to provide organization wide support.

• Manage and provide leadership on special projects as needed by the team.

• Partner with Developers, DevOps Engineers, System Engineers, Account Managers, and Product Managers as needed.

• Maintains compliance in assigned required training and all training required by state/province or other regulating authorities as applicable to this role to ensure that Sunrise standards are always met.

Qualifications:

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed throughout this job description are representative of the knowledge, skills, and abilities required.

• Minimum of 5 years of related experience working in a fast-paced organization.

• College degree preferred.

• Experience in the use and setup of electronic health record system and multi-faceted database management systems.

• Interactions in a complex software or technology organization.

• Expert proficiency in writing queries, procedures, and functions using Microsoft T-SQL and Oracle PL/SQL.

• Strong proficiency with Microsoft PowerBI.

• Ability to travel up to 15% of time.

• Ability to maintain the highest level of confidentiality.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Exceptional organizational skills.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task.

• Able to be a team player and prioritize jobs independently.

• Possess strong computer skills, including expert proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and data insight applications
