$139,500 to $165,500

What will I be doing?

Plan, prioritize, and sustainoptimallabor managementsystems and processesfor hotels. Maintain labor standardsin alignment withbudget and current business operationsas well asthe Hilton GLMS Standards Grid. Develop and implement financial strategies for property management.Create and analyzefinancial data. Establish and implementpolicies and proceduresto improve theoverallhotel operational efficiency. 30% of domestic travel required. Supervise four (4) Sr. Manager, Work Force Performance.

Requirements:

Requiressix years of experiencein hotel operations/performance management or related. Must possess experience creating financial and analytical data; project management; hospitality operationsin support oflabor-managementprocesses and systems; experienceinparticipating and managing hotel labor performance evaluations (time in motion studies) todevelop, implement and tracklabor best practices and process;utilizingLabor Management System administrator (UniFocus and Kronos);usingADP and TimeSaver; experience with Microsoft Suites; andanalyzinglarge datasets using Tableau and Cognos.
