The Surveillance & Tactical Advanced Radar Solutions (STARS) organization is looking for Senior Program Analyst (with at least 2 years experience) to support the Harpoon product area. This is a great opportunity for an analyst to grow their skill set while supporting programs and Finance Management.
This position is currently designated as Onsite. However, the successful candidate will be required to work onsite from one of the following Raytheon locations, McKinney TX, El Segundo, CA, or Tucson AZ.
What You Will Do
Primary responsibilities include Cost/Schedule baseline integration and maintenance, variance analysis and reporting, Risk and Opportunity management, Invoicing/Cash Management, Estimate at Completion preparation & policy compliance; while partnering with Program Managers, CAM’s/IPTLs, Material Program Managers to influence decisions and provide personal involvement in the effective implementation of contracts.
You must be comfortable working closely with Finance Management, Program Management, and functional organizations.
You will be an excellent communicator with a desire to learn and be challenged, the ability to work on a variety of tasks with little direction, and the ability to interact with a variety of levels of the organization.
This position will provide an opportunity to enhance skills in material analysis, forecasting, estimates at completion, variance analyses, and other metrics and tools.
Qualification You Must Have
Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 2 years of prior relevant experience.
Experience with advanced MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint skills.
Qualifications We Prefer
Ability to meet critical deadlines and develop reports to establish results and process improvements.
Creative problem solving skills; individual will need to be comfortable working through complex process and systems changes.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate financial concepts to non-financial managers.
Work independently under limited supervision. Ability to contribute to the effective completion of major projects or processes.
Demonstrated thorough mathematical and critical thinking skills.
Additional Information
This position is grade P2, Senior Analyst, Program Cost Controls.
Onsite: Employees who are working in Onsite roles will work primarily onsite. This includes all production and maintenance employees, as they are essential to the development of our products.
Relocation assistance is not available.

The salary range for this role is 66,000 USD - 130,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
