Raytheon - Advance Products Solution (APS) is seeking a Senior Development/Production Program Manager to lead a highly visible program area within the Electro-Optical and Infrared Solutions (EOIRS) Sub-Strategic Business Unit (SSBU). To work, primarily, with an industry customer on contracts in all facets of the product lifecycle (production, sustainment and new development).

What You Will Do

• Lead implementation of development, sustainment, and production contracts

• Account for profit and loss, Estimate at Completions (EACs) inputs

• Coordinate and align interactions, expectation, and transactions between customers and Integrated Project Teams (IPTs)

• Lead proposal efforts for production, sustainment and development contracts

• Understand and represent customer needs to stakeholders

• Develop and maintain excellent relationships with the customer counterparts

• Manage risk , opportunity, cost, quality and schedule performance

• Support domestic travel as needed

  Qualifications You Must Have

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field

• 10 years , minimum, relevant p rogram or project management experience in any of the following areas: development, transition to production, production and/or sustainment programs

• Experience supporting cross-functional teams to include, but not limited to, any combination of the following: Engineering, Contracts, Finance, Procurement/Supply Chain, Manufacturing/Operations, Quality Management , Logistics, Data Management (CDRL support ) and/or administrative functions

• Experience working with proposal efforts

• Experience managing cost, schedule, and technical performance for programs with use of program management resources such as Earned Value Management System (EVMS), Integrated Master Plan (IMP), Integrated Master Schedule (IMS), Risk and Opportunity Management , Scope Board, or similar business processes

• Experience engaging and reporting out to all levels of executive stakeholders

• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite resources

• An active and transferable Secret level U.S. government issued security clearance is required prior to start date. U.S. citizenship is required , as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance

  Qualifications We Prefer

• Program Management Certification

• Demonstrated results creating and maintaining thorough executive level relationships with suppliers, customers , government representatives, primes and internal peers

• Experience working with direct customer interfaces, both internal and external

• Experience leading proposal efforts

• Experience leading Estimate at Completions (EACs)

• Experience developing and implementing execution , coordination, and growth strategies for franchise programs

• Experience working oversight and monitoring of supplier performance; develop preventive and corrective actions as necessary

• High level of implementation in a complex program environment

The salary range for this role is 118,000 USD - 246,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.

Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and/or the company’s performance.
