Sales Development Representative

Compensation: $50,000 Base + Uncapped Commission

Reports to: Sales Development Manager

Location: McKinney, TX, In-office position

As a Sales Development Representative, you'll play a crucial role in generating leads and qualifying new prospects, fueling our sales growth. This is an amazing opportunity to sharpen your sales skills and make a real impact. We're looking for someone with a history of top performance and a knack for going above and beyond.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Become a product expert across our entire platform and understand our Ideal Candidate Profile.

  • Focusing on new business acquisition, identify and initiate contact with prospects to discover and qualify new business opportunities within our target audience using proactive prospecting methodologies.

  • Create strategic and personalized messaging tailored to our target audience to generate interest and schedule qualified meetings for our sales team.

  • Utilize our sales enablement tools to drive prospecting activities consistently and effectively, ensuring robust pipeline management and CRM updates.

  • Develop a revenue-generating pipeline of sales-qualified product demonstrations for our sales team.

  • Participate in regular training sessions to improve skills, and enhance one's ability to exercise discretion and independent judgment in dealing with prospective clients and business best practices.

  • Achieve and exceed quota.

Qualifications:

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, competitive team-based environment.

  • Previous experience in Sales or Business Development, preferably in SaaS, with success in meeting sales quotas.

  • Proficient in pre-call planning, call control, lead qualification, and pipeline management.

  • Strong communication, listening, and presentation skills.

  • Self-motivated and enthusiastic with a competitive spirit.
