Responsibilities

• In this role, you will be on the frontlines troubleshooting and maintaining our mechanical systems across the campus

• Performs highly diversified duties to install and maintain production machines and the plant facility's equipment

• Provides emergency/unscheduled repairs of production equipment during production and performs scheduled maintenance repairs of production equipment during machine service

• Performs mechanic skills including, but not limited to, mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, troubleshooting and repair of production machines

• Reads and interprets equipment manuals and work orders to perform required maintenance and service

• Performs regular preventive maintenance on machines, equipment and plant facilities

• Diagnoses problems, replace or repair parts, test and make adjustments

• Installs, starts up and shuts down equipment in accordance with company safety procedures for machine activation and shutdown and in line with OSHA requirements

• Maintains company-required performance and maintenance records for identified equipment

• Performs other related duties as required and assigned

• Duties are performed in a loud production setting subject to extreme temperatures

• Some duties may be required to be performed outside

• Comfortable with repetitive movement, kneeling, crouching and stooping
