Description We are seeking a Systems Administrator to join our team in the Service industry, situated in McFarland, Wisconsin. This role involves supporting a team of 230 end users and requires the ability to manage project-based work and troubleshoot tier 3 issues. The workplace environment is dynamic and requires the ability to adapt to changes such as security transitioning to managed services.

Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support to a large team of end users, ensuring efficient resolution of issues. • Engage in project-based work, contributing to the successful execution of various initiatives. • Take on tier 3 troubleshooting, demonstrating advanced problem-solving skills. • Manage remediation efforts in response to audit findings, ensuring compliance with industry standards. • Oversee security aspects, following the transition to managed services. • Work on various projects including SD-WAN, enterprise corporate wireless, and master golden image creation for PC/laptop deployment. • Utilize technical skills in Microsoft Azure, Active Directory, 365, Intune, Veeam, and other relevant technologies. • Ensure the smooth operation of systems through the use of Cisco Technologies, Active Directory, Backup Technologies, and Computer Hardware. • Apply Configuration Management and Deployment skills to ensure the successful implementation of systems. • Manage tasks related to Azure Active Directory, Microsoft Azure, Windows Azure, and Microsoft Office 365. • Utilize Intune and Windows Intune in the management of mobile devices and apps. • Apply knowledge of Veeam, Microsoft Server, and Microsoft Windows Server 2012 in the administration of servers. Requirements • Possess a minimum of 5 years of experience as a Systems Administrator in the service industry

• Demonstrated expertise in Cisco Technologies and Active Directory

• Proficiency in Backup Technologies and Computer Hardware

• Solid understanding and experience with Configuration Management and Deployments

• Proficient in utilizing Azure Active Directory, Microsoft Azure, and Windows Azure

• Experience with Microsoft Office 365, Intune, and Windows Intune

• Knowledge of Veeam, Microsoft Server, and Microsoft Windows Server 2012

• Competency in Server Administration

• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently

• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Ability to work in a team-oriented environment

• Proven track record of maintaining, troubleshooting, and improving systems
