Are you mechanically inclined and want to put those skills to the test? Randstad has a great opportunity with a fast growing company in the Cleveland, TN area for a CNC Machine Operator. This is a day shift position that begin as temp to hire opportunity. The pay rate will range $20/hr-$30/hr depending upon experience and skill set. salary: $20 - $30 per hour

shift: First

work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM

education: High School

Responsibilities

Set up, monitor and troubleshoot manufacturing processes under guidance of engineering team

Preparation of manufacturing materials for processing (e.g. acid cleaning)

Collect and record data on manufacturing processes

Collect, prepare, and analyse samples

Operate and maintain laboratory and manufacturing equipment

Maintain accurate records of experiments and results

Assist in organizing and maintaining the manufacturing facility for optimal efficiency

Collaborate with warehouse and manufacturing supervisors to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines

Perform manufacturing, laboratory tests and procedures following standard operating procedures (SOPs) and work instructions (WI)

Safely load and unload materials using appropriate equipment such as forklifts and cranes

Perform heavy lifting tasks to move materials within the manufacturing facility

Maintain a clean work environment and use appropriate cleaning methods

Ensure compliance with OSHA standards for workplace safety

Other duties as assigned by the VP, Manufacturing

The essential functions of this role include:

• working in a smoke free environment

• wearing steel toe shoes

• manual lifting up to 50lbs
