City of McComb Investigator/Detective in McComb, Mississippi
DUTIES: Performs technical law enforcement work as a non-uniformed police officer in the investigation of crime and the detection and prevention of violations of the law. THis position wil remain open until filled.
PREFERRED MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: High school diploma or GED equivalent, and basic criminal investigative training. Two (2) years' law enforcement experience with prior investigative experience. Two years of college may substitute for one (1) year of experience. Or any equivalent combination of education and experience that is equal to or exceeds minimum qualifications
