Mississippi Employer Flatbed and CDL A Driving Positions in McComb, Mississippi
Must be 23 years old and have at least 6 months flatbed experience.
Home MOST weekends.
We hire Company Drivers:
-They are compensated by 27% of the line haul or Cent Per Mile. If they choose CPM it is loaded and unloaded miles. If under 2 years flatbed experience, they would start at .61CPM
-They get paid $85 every time they must tarp. (We have 6ft drop tarps- these are not the heavy ones)
-We pay .05CPM on any overlength loads (Even if you get paid percentage, still pay .05CPM extra on the overlength loads
-We pay $69/day per diem if you drive 100 miles or more in a day (usually 5 days per diem)
-We have $2500 sign on bonus (paid to you $97/week for 6 months)
-We pay $115 a day for 8 paid holidays
-We pay minimum load pay $250 (for short distant loads if CPM)
-We pay $100 day for "shop pay" if you are broken down over the road
-We have BCBS Health Insurance, Delta Dental Dental Insurance and United Health Care for Eye Vision Insurance, all available after 60 days of employment
-We have 5 days' vacation after 1 year of employment , 10 days' vacation after 2 years of employment, and 15 days' vacation after 5 years of employment.
-If you are paid CPM, you get 1/4cent raise per quarter (.01 per year) up to .69CPM
-Company Drivers qualify for monthly fuel bonuses, and quarterly safety bonus (if no bad DOT inspection or No At fault accidents) and quarterly Performance bonuses.
-We have a "referral bonus" if you send someone to work here you can get $3k bonus paid to you $250 each month that they complete for one year.
We have a Lease Purchase Program:
-After 60 Days of Company driver you are eligible to Lease Purchase
-Pay is 75% of the Line haul and 100% of the fuel surcharge
-No Downpayment, No Balloon Payment, No Trailer Rental Fee, no Tag fee, and it is 100% Walk Away Lease
-You can pay off truck early, but it will not change the price of the truck.
-If you decide to LP and then not want to LP and go back to Company Driver, we will allow you to do so
-We like our trucks to gross $6000 and the total weekly deductions are estimated roughly $1400 including the weekly truck note.
-We have all late model Kenworth T-680 Trucks, all automatics, governed at 65mph on foot and 67mph on cruise. Each truck has 4 cameras on the truck including the driver's face. If the truck is moving the camera must be running and not covered
-The price of the truck and term depends on how new or old the truck is and it's usually a 5-year term. Late models 2021--2025-year models. We won't lease you a truck that you will pay off and not get any use out of it.
We hire Owner/Operators
-The Goal of LP is to pay off truck and still work for EG. Your pay will increase to 80% of the Line Haul 100% of the fuel surcharge.
-No Trailer rental fee and no tag fee
