This position reports into Product Lifecycle Manager & Master data Lead CE and is based at PL002 Iłżecka.

What you will do

The Customer collaboration and LCM analyst is responsible for performing customer structure and maintenance activities, troubleshooting and resolving issues, ensuring data accuracy, and participating in projects as required.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create a consistent data system for Supply Chain Central Europe launches and relaunches, with regular updates on priorities and insights for stakeholders.

  • Collaborate with LCM, DP, and Commercial teams to develop plans for portfolio changes and execute PI/PO smoothly. Keep track of plans for local market launches and relaunches.

  • Collaborate with customers to identify and understand their needs and requirements.

  • Regularly communicate with Brand Activation, Demand Planners, and RSP to proactively address supply risks or issues.

  • Analyze performance metrics (MAPE/BIAS, SLOB, NTS vs. Business Plan) to identify areas for optimization and improvement.

  • Share relevant learnings to drive ongoing improvement.

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery of projects.

  • Maintain and update customer information systems data in accordance with MDM policies and procedures.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to customer setup using established guidelines.

  • Ensure data accuracy, validity, and completeness in results.

Qualifications

What we are looking for

Required Qualifications

  • Strong analytical skills, with experience working with data and metrics

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other relevant software tools (SAP ERP, OMP, BW)

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively

  • Knowledge of industry trends and best practices in customer collaboration and LCM

  • Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities and requirements
