We are seeking a Nursing Professional Development Associate (NPDA) who is dedicated to providing exceptional care to those we serve at Loyola Medicine. In return, we provide a supportive atmosphere where you can grow your career and make a lasting impact.

The Nursing Professional Development Associate (NPDA) will perform coordination tasks across various program service lines within the Center for Professional Practice & Development that supports the overall functioning of departmental programs. The NPDA will have primary assignments among the following programs with the expectation to cross-train to additional programs.

The various programs include: Onboarding/Orientation and Transition to Practice programs. The NPD Associate will be proficient in time management and prioritization of tasks with a dedicated focus on both internal & external customer-service.

Required: Associate Degree

Preferred: Bachelor Degree

Experience:

Required: 2 years of previous job-related experience

Preferred: Experience as an instructional designer

Licensure/Certifications:

Preferred: Certification in program management
