Adecco US, Inc. Senior Brake Role Operator in Mayville, Wisconsin

Adecco is seeking an experienced Senior Brake Role Operator to join our client’s team and contribute to the production of high-quality parts. In this role, you will operate press brakes, load and unload components, and perform basic inspections to ensure product quality. This role offers opportunities for growth and advancement within our client’s organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate press brakes efficiently and safely.

  • Load and unload parts according to specifications.

  • Perform basic inspections to verify product quality.

  • Maintain accurate production and quality records.

  • Adhere to all safety guidelines and regulations.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2-5 years of experience in brake operations.

  • Proven ability to produce high-quality parts.

  • Physical fitness to perform tasks requiring standing, bending, lifting, pushing, and pulling.

  • Ability to lift and carry up to 30 lbs.

  • Strong reading and writing skills for following work orders and preparing reports.

  • Good visual acuity for inspecting parts and operating machinery.

  • Manual dexterity for operating equipment effectively.

Required Tools:

  • Allen Wrench Set (1/16 - ½ inch sizes)

  • Machinist Square (12 or 24 inch)

  • Tape Measure (12 foot)

  • Calipers (8 inch minimum, Dial or Digital)

  • Center Punch

  • Scriber

  • Ball Peen Hammer

  • 15/16-inch Combination Wrench (Punch Press only)

  • Protractor (Press Brake only)

  • Large Screw Driver (Press Brake only)

  • Tool Box

Shift and Pay:

  • Second Shift: Monday-Thursday, 2:30 PM - 1:00 AM with mandatory overtime and every other Saturday as needed.

  • Training will be provided on the first shift.

  • Pay Rate: $20.59/hour

New Hire Bonus:

  • New Hire Incentive Bonus: $1000 in three payments ($200 at 3 months, $400 at 6 months, $400 at 12 months).

Pay Details: $20.59 per hour
