Overview Reports to the Engineering Manager. This is a summer intern position working in our Mayville/West Bend/Beaver Dam locations. Recent graduates encouraged to apply. Responsibilities * Strong Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles and proven ability to implement and teach Lean tools. * Knowledge of costs and other techniques for maximizing the effectives of manufacturing. * Possess strong ME & IE skill sets that will be utilized in value stream transformations. * Working knowledge of 2D and 3D CAD software design tools to design material handling, manufactured parts, text fixtures and to create blue prints. * Strong communication and project management skills. * Able to design and think analytically and creatively. * Able to operate on own initiative but also contribute as a team member working within the Manufacturing Team, Design Team, Test Team and other cross functional teams. Qualifications * Coursework completed towards a Bachelor\'s degree in Engineering or related field. * Familiar with Microsoft Office products. * Ability to work with minimum supervision. * Excellent communications skills. * Exceptional organizational skills.
