This position requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgment, and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Must be able to work in a stressful environment and take appropriate action.
Oversee Med Surg, IMCU, and ICU activities and resources to achieve departmental and organizational objectives.

Qualifications:**
· Bachelor’s degree required
· Must have Valid Kentucky RN License OR compact state
· 3-5 years of management experience in a Healthcare setting or compact state
· Basic Life Support (BLS) thirty days from hire/transfer date
· Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) six months from hire/transfer date
· Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) six months from hire/transfer date
