Jackson Purchase Medical Center Human Resource Generalist supports the Human Resource Director in all aspects of HR including, but not limited to, the development implementation, maintenance and monitoring of 6 major areas: Team Member Relations, Payroll administration, Ethics and Compliance, Employee health and welfare, and local, state and federal reporting.**

Minimum Education

Associate degree in Related Field Required

Bachelor degree in Business Preferred

Requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgment and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Must be able to work in a stressful environment and take appropriate action.

Previous Experience Required (2 years in an office setting, preferably Human Resources.) Ability to handle a multi-line phone system, good customer service skills, good oral and written communication skills, good organizational skills and the ability to work as a team in a busy Human Resources office required. Must maintain confidentiality at all times.
