MAIN PURPOSE OF ROLE

The position is responsible for creating and leading the advancement of Operational Excellence principles and practises across the site through internal & external collaborations, delivering high impact sustainable business results.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

• Oversee and manage team of Master Data Analysts including individual goals and objectives

• Promote and foster a culture of continuous improvement across the site.

サイト全体で継続的な改善の文化を促進し、育成します。

• Act as a change agent implementing lean initiatives that are aligned with business strategies.

• Manage departmental and site specific KPI’s and reporting, including maintaining site visual boards.

部門およびサイト固有の KPI とレポートを管理し、サイトのビジュアル ボードを維持します。

• Responsible for leading the site's problem solving efforts utilizing a variety of business intelligence tools.

• Accountable for the day-to-day management of the operational workload, including prioritisation and negotiation with stakeholders where required to manage expectations.

• Processes of managing and maintaining master data in the relevant corporate and divisional systems, including SAP.

• Work closely with wide range of cross functional teams at local, divisional and cross divisional levels including NPI, Finance, Regulatory, Quality, Manufacturing, Warehousing and Commercial Affiliates, ensuring requirements are clearly understood by the requester and the team. Manages master data and supports setting product standard costs.

• Maintain general site visual boards to provide clear and transparent linkage of performance, continuous improvement activity and the Site Strategy Map.

パフォーマンス、継続的な改善活動、およびサイト戦略マップの明確で明確な連携を提供するために、一般的なサイトのビジュアルボードを維持します。

• Manage all aspects of the division/site's project portfolio management program. Create short- to mid-term manufacturing cost reduction plans.

• Track and report project status efficiently to all relevant internal and external stakeholders.

QUALIFICATIONS

Education

• Bachelors Degree

学士号

• Manufacturing/Engineering /Science qualification

生産/エンジニアリング /サイエンス

• An equivalent combination of education and work experience

Experience/Background

• Minimum 3 years

3年以上

• Experience in a manufacturing/engineering/science environment

製造/エンジニアリング/サイエンス環境での経験

Language Proficiency

• ​Native level Japanese, Business level English
