We are seeking a highly skilled Cross-Functional Consultant with a focus on Materials Management (MM) to join our global team. The ideal candidate will have extensive expertise in the SAP MM module, coupled with a broad understanding of various other SAP modules to ensure a seamless integration. The candidate should have a track record of successfully implementing and optimizing SAP MM solutions. This role will involve collaborating with different business stakeholders to optimize SAP functionality, enhance processes, and improve overall operational efficiency.

Your mission will be…

• Implementing SAP MM: Analyze and map business client requirements, processes, and objectives. Design, configure and provide professional consulting for the SAP MM module, including configuration, optimization, testing and troubleshooting

• Cross-Functional Integration: Ensure that the SAP MM module is seamlessly integrated with modules like WM, SD, PP, FI/CO and Ecosystems like Supplier Collaboration Platforms, Warehouse Management solutions, etc.

• Project Management: Participate in Projects and manage Change Requests, ensure that business requirements from a scope, budget and timeline perspective are met

• Support & Maintenance: Provide ongoing support and maintenance for SAP systems to ensure optimal performance. Review the SAP MM module regularly and identify areas for improvement

• Documentation: Create user manuals, process flows, and system configurations.

• Collaboration: Work closely with other consultants, developers, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality SAP solutions and drive continuous improvement

• Continuous Improvement: Review the SAP MM module regularly and identify areas for improvement

We are looking for someone with…

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field

• Minimum 5 years of experience working with SAP MM, including at least 2 full lifecycle implementation projects

• Proven track record of successful SAP MM implementations and optimizations, including cross-functional SAP integration involving modules such as WM, SD, PP, FI/CO

• Solid understanding of procurement and inventory management processes

• Expertise in configuring and customizing the SAP MM module

• Experienced in system testing, troubleshooting, and end-user training

Skills:

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Excellent communication and collaboration capabilities

• Technical writing and documentation skills

• Knowledge of SAP Fiori and S/4 HANA or SAP Cloud Platform is an advantage

• Distinct learning skills and growth mindset

• Experience with Agile software development methodologies is a plus

• Strong team player, willing to participate in international projects with interdisciplinary teams
