Staffmark Investment, LLC Office Assistant in Massillon, Ohio
Growing packaging manufacturer is looking for an Office Assistant for their Masillon plant. This position is responsible for general office duties to include answering phones calls, filing, production recording, data entry, financial reports and other administrative tasks. The position is a temporary assignment with potential for extension, anticipated to be thru end of May of 2025. Position is paying $20/hr., 40 hours per week and hours are M-F 8am-4:30pm. Responsibilities: Answers incoming telephone calls Collects information and enters data into computer systems. Performs data processing or entry Maintains office records, customer filings and reports. Must be proficient at Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, Powerpoint). May administer various program and/or processes as required. Performs other duties as assigned.
