Job Description
Cintas is seeking a Production Planning Manager to assist with growth opportunities. The candidate selected for this position will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of service to our customers while minimizing any backorders and meeting/exceeding set inventory turn goals for the corporation. Additional responsibilities include leading, supervising and coordinating the activities of the Buyers within Production Planning involved in order placements, vendor management and controlling product lines while concentrating on their ongoing development and success of the partners. Leadership of new product development and large new accounts to ensure timely delivery of the set products is a critical component of this role.

Skills/Qualifications
Required:
High School Diploma or GED
5+ years' experience in supply chain/production planning
Preferred:
Bachelor's Degree
2+ Years of leadership experience
