How you will make an Impact (Job Summary) This position's primary purpose is to lead and direct manufacturing operations including multi-site facilities, continuous improvement, and materials management functions with the aim of increasing performance in safety, quality, customer service, delivery, cost and inventory. This position is both strategic and tactical in nature and will drive rapid, measurable, and sustained continuous improvement for integrated operations. This role will also include due diligence and integration activities related to M&A. Key to this role will be leadership of the improvement process of materials management resulting in improved customer service levels and improved cash flow through the reduction of working capital. Additionally, this position is responsible for the master scheduling process optimizing customer service levels, quality, throughput, inventory turns, assets, operating expense, and EHS around critical performance metrics. This role has a high degree of presence and involvement with critical organizational functions requiring mentoring to key leaders to improve the overall performance of the business, aligning with the company's strategic objectives. Develop and manage the manufacturing budget, controlling costs while optimizing resources. Analyze financial data related to manufacturing operations and make informed decisions.
