Warren County Business Manager Sales in Mason, Ohio
Location: 7588 Central Parke Blvd., Suite 112, Mason, OH 45040
Requirements: Bachelor's degree (or foreign equiv) in Business Administration, Marketing or related field. Two (2) years' related experience as a Business Manager, Sales Manager or related occupation in Chemical Manufacturing. Experience is required and must include: Sales and technical service on UV absorbers, HALS, Antioxidants and Polymeric colourants technologies; Management of global/international business negotiations; Sales or business development in C.A.S.E. (Coatings, Adhesives and Sealants, and Elastomers) market in the US; Knowledge of FRP (Fibre-reinforced plastic) composites and anti-corrosion industries; Communication with R&D and technical teams for product development.
Duties: Lead coating industry development in North America, direct account management responsibility over a few accounts, and lead the distributor and regional account managers to develop other coating accounts including
coaching, joint visits, progress monitoring. Stabilize and grow Rianlon's market share and profitability with global key coating accounts. Largely increase Rianlon's presence in medium-small coating accounts. Establish
Rianlon's presence in non-coating niche areas for UV absorbers. Coordinate with technical team to identify industry trends, technical trends, support new coating product launch and development. Coordinate coating trade shows and client events. Compile and analyze market intelligence information -- market size, competition, trends. *Requires 25% domestic travel and quarterly international travel between U.S. and Taiwan.
