Job Description

R&D Technical Readiness Leader for North America PHC Respiratory Innovation. Responsible for ensuring R&D deliverables meet business needs and influences the strategic direction of the work to be done. Works with multi-functional partners, both internally and externally, to identify creative solutions to drive technology development. Ensures robust learning plan is developed by the technical team, risks are identified, articulated, and assessed early in order to implement project deliverables on time with excellence. Day-to-day activities would include leading technical team calls, interacting with internal/external partners, leading brainstorm sessions to drive solutions, budget and documentation management.
