Robert Half Procurement-Administrative Assistant in Mason, Michigan

Description

We are offering a role in the manufacturing industry located in Mason, Michigan, United States. The role focuses on administrative duties and customer service. You will be expected to provide excellent service to our customers while maintaining a high level of organization and attention to detail. This is a contract opportunity.

Responsibilities:

• Respond to inbound calls and provide exceptional customer service

• Process and manage data entry tasks accurately and efficiently

• Handle email correspondence professionally and promptly

• Utilize Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word) to perform various tasks

• Schedule appointments and manage calendars effectively

• Utilize Adobe Acrobat to create and edit PDF files

• Perform data analytics tasks to support decision-making processes

• Understand and adhere to procurement processes, policies, and strategies

• Comply with internal policies during the execution of tasks

• Utilize technical writing skills to create and edit documents.

Requirements • Candidate must possess strong skills in Data Entry

• Proficiency in Email Correspondence is required

• Ability to use Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft PowerPoint, and Microsoft Word effectively is essential

• Experience in scheduling appointments is necessary

• Knowledge of PDF and Adobe Acrobat is required

• Familiarity with Data Analytics is a plus

• Understanding of Procurement Processes, Procurement Policies, and Procurement Strategy is beneficial

• Knowledge of Internal Policy is crucial

• Proficiency in Technical Writing is a significant advantage

• Prior experience in a manufacturing industry is desirable

• A background in an administrative assistant role is beneficial

• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• High level of organizational skills and attention to detail

• Ability to work independently and within a team.
