Description

We are seeking a skilled Accounting Clerk to join our team. In this role, you will manage accounts payable, perform bank reconciliations, and maintain customer invoices.

Responsibilities:

• Carry out bank reconciliations to ensure financial records are accurate.

• Process accounts payable efficiently to ensure payments are made on time.

• Utilize Sage Software for financial operations and record-keeping.

• Oversee accounts receivable, ensuring all receivables are properly accounted for.

• Conduct check runs to ensure all checks are processed and issued.

• Oversee customer invoices, ensuring they are accurate and dispatched on time.

• Use Excel to maintain and update financial data and records.

Requirements • Proficiency in Bank Reconciliations is essential

• Must demonstrate experience in handling Accounts Payable (AP)

• Proficiency in using Sage Software is a requirement

• Experience in managing Accounts Receivable (AR) is necessary

• Must have knowledge and experience in conducting Check Runs

• Capability to handle Customer Invoices efficiently is required

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is mandatory
