We are currently looking for a Category Development Executive to join our Confectionery team.

Location: Maslak, İstanbul

Type of contract: Permanent

As a Category Development Executive, you will have the following responsibilities;

• Track & monitor execution of planned trade activations and create the link between the business and sales team

• Recommend actionable trade, event and sampling solutions based on a clear understanding on shopper behaviour within the Category/sub Category

• Develop and propose a comprehensive in-store and out-of-store vision for success across all channels, supporting implementation and ongoing effectiveness review

• Contribute to the Integrated Commercial Planning (ICP) process by identifying the key opportunities and possible action plans for the Category/sub Category

• Monitor and analyze competitor activities to inform and enhance trade strategy

Which profile are we looking for?

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree

• Minimum 5 years of commercial experience

• Prior experience in Sales and Marketing

• Strong understanding of customer dynamics and the selling process

• Ability to motivate and develop people

• Excellent command of English
