We are currently looking for a Sales Controlling Specialist to join our Finance & Control team.

Location: Maslak, İstanbul

Type of contract: Permanent

As a Sales Controlling Specialist, you will have the following responsibilities;

  • Assisting to the process during the follow-up with related sales teams for the completeness and accuracy of accruals in period-end closings. Ensuring the monthly /quarterly/yearly targets and realised are aligned i.e. NPS, TTS among sales & businesses.

  • Preparing the reports Total Trade Spent to the related organizations, Help sales team’s questions / concerns about TTS reports and ensure the trade spending is reflected properly in the company financial books

  • Supports the Channel Sales Controllers and Head of Sales Controlling in trade promo evaluation process by ensuring the trade promo evaluation tool is up to date and by following-up the effective use by the related sales teams for the financial/economic analysis of trade activities.

  • Prepare the Customer Contribution Statement, p&l by Customer / Channel / Region / Business

  • Make necessary inputs and updates in the Dynamic Forecast templates for the actuals and forecast of volumes, NPS, TTS to ensure alignment with monthly business planning.

  • Prepare & Review TTS trends in Retail Channel by Customers and by Business Unit/Product Groups,

  • Ensuring reconciliation between Nestle & Distributors

  • Prepare MOGE forecasting updates for Non-Hr MOGE items for the Sales Cost Centers. Report Actual vs Plans to monitor evolution of Sales Force MOGE’s and create transparency for sales organisation to track MOGE trends and variances.

  • Support sales controller and channel sales controllers for establishing new controls where necessary.

Which profile are we looking for?

  • Bachelors Degree

  • Fluent in English

  • A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in Finance strongly preferred

  • Ability to influence business decisions with concrete financial support

  • Ability to resolve conflicts / discrepancies positively and expertly

  • Work independently in solving business issues and taking initiative

  • Partner with functional teams to drive business results and meet deliverables

  • Identify risks and opportunities

  • Ability to lead projects

  • Demonstrate standard methodologies and strong business insight

  • Communicate effectively and expertly in written and verbal form, including presentation skills

  • Knowledge in F&C processes with ERP systems.
