Description We are in search of an ERP Integration Manager to join our team in MARYVILLE, Tennessee. As part of our team, you will be responsible for the configuration, implementation, and maintenance of our Oracle EPM platform. You will work closely with internal development teams, vendors, and other stakeholders to ensure that our system meets the requirements and capabilities of our business.

Responsibilities:

• Work collaboratively with the Product Owner to define product vision, requirements, and capability analysis.

• Maintain, develop, and support our Oracle EPM platform to deliver optimal system configurations, settings, and controls.

• Offer subject matter expertise while maintaining functional system configurations, documentation, and processes.

• Conduct research and evaluations to develop efficient processes and ensure compliance with all standards.

• Engage in functional and technical discussions to communicate effectively with different audiences, explaining how configurations, settings, or enhancements can improve business processes.

• Assist business stakeholders in testing system changes and analyze data flows for potential process improvement opportunities.

• Provide data content, modeling, and mapping expertise for Oracle.

• Manage both hands-on configuration of the platform and oversee internal and potentially outsourced configuration resources.

• Collaborate with Quality Assurance (QA) Specialists to maintain all documentation for change control management and prepare records for the software development cycle.

• Serve as a mentor to other team members, sharing knowledge and experience.

• Provide solutions for system enhancements, ensuring all enhancements are robust and reliable. Requirements • Proficiency in Advanced Business Application Programming (ABAP) is crucial.

• Familiarity with Cloud Technologies is required.

• Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems is necessary.

• Expertise in Epicor and Epicor ERP software is essential.

• Must be able to conduct AB Testing effectively.

• Strong knowledge of Business Intelligence (BI) is desired.

• Understanding of Business Process Functions is critical.

• Ability to create and manage Business Requirement Documents is essential.
