Responsibilities

*Accounts Payble

Reconcile all expense reports submitted to online credit card banking details, and email

verification to finance department.

 Log and track expense report activity by user and retrieve missing data, reports, receipts, etc.

 Educate credit card users on company policies and guidelines when expense reports do not meet

guidelines.

 Create invoices and process employee accounts receivable for any overages, personal use

charges, or unsubstantiated charges.

 Create invoices and process accounts receivables for charges paid on the behalf of other

companies - research and gather supporting documentation.

 Upload interfaces from bank to EMS system, reconcile all transactions between systems, check

for backdated transactions, and correct discrepancies.

 Process cash reimbursement reports, review transactions, and enter pay vouchers payable to

employees.

 Obtain all approvals and authorizations for credit card expense reports.

 Invoice parent company for certain trainee travel expenses and follow up on aged AR issues.

 Gather, copy, organize, and retrieve approvals for all expense report-related batches including

bank card uploads, employee receivables, and employee cash reimbursements.

 Assemble, organize, and process various monthly accruals for commissions, amortized

expenses, prepaid insurance, and expenses.
