Job Description

A heavy civil and construction client of Insight Global's is seeking to add two project managers to their growing team. This is a family owned and oeprated business located 20 minutes outside of Downtown St. Louis. They specialize in land clearing, structural and bridge demolition, site preparation and erosion control. The Project Manager oversees the work of our superintendents, ensuring that projects stay on time and on budget while following all company and OSHA safety requirements for all Heavy Highway Civil projects within the St Louis Metro area. Additional responsibilities for the project manager include but are not limited to:

- Manages construction & finances of assigned projects

- Manages Clients & Field Supervisors of assigned projects

- Completes Scheduling, Project Forecasting, Progress Reporting

- Communicates progress to all stakeholders, partners, and managers

- Prepares pay estimates and follow through until payment is received

- Conducts site visits to verify safety, quality, and production are up to standards

- Attends weekly progress meetings

- Reviews Contract Documents

- Prepares and track project submittals

Skills and Requirements

- 5+ years of heavy civil construction experience

- 3+ years of experience managing projects, budgets, employees, etc.

• Must be familiar with dirt work, storm and sanitary sewer

- Proficient in Microsoft Excel - Construction Project Management Software or HCSS Software a plus

- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management

- GPS & Drone skills a plus

- Estimating understanding a plus null
