We are looking for a Sr Analyst, Supply Chain Planning/Replenishment who will join our National Accounts BDT team based in Marysville, OH and supporting customers within the National Accounts portfolio. This role is open to be remote! The Sr Analyst, Supply Chain at the BDT plays a critical role in meeting sales and supply chain goals for Scotts and our customers. This role interacts weekly with BDT sales as well as the planning and fulfillment teams in Marysville ensuring that we can execute to the sales, replenishment and ordering strategies developed by the sales teams. There will also be weekly interaction with customer associates. Key responsibilities include forecasting for Scotts, replenishment recommendations, adjusting for trends or special programs and continuously looking for improvement opportunities. This role ensures actions taken are incorporated into planning at Scotts, therefore contributing to favorable cash flow and inventory objectives. What you'll do in this role: * Collaborate with Inventory Planning and Replenishment teams to align inventory goals that support shared point of sales growth while meeting customer inventory objectives. * Execute regular inventory reviews and leverage data to provide store and DC product fulfillment, forecasting, and replenishment recommendations. * Execute consensus process through financial forecasting and S&OP * Provide detailed insight and root cause analysis into key customer metrics such as in-stock, inventory productivity, and service levels targets reporting. * Assist in the Ready for Season process to track item set up, ensuring all data is accurate and submitted in a timely fashion for new and existing products, as well as transition strategies. * Own and execute category analysis that supports current and future SMG promotional programs and off shelf product event placement. Ensures that inventories are appropriate to support sales and presentation standards. Performs post-mortem analysis on all events. * Collaborate extensively with SMG and customer Transportation teams as needed. Build relationships and work with SMG warehouses to ensure flawless execution. * Utilize internal Scott's relationships to troubleshoot issues that arise related to production and fulfillment issues. What you'll need to be successful: * Bachelor's degree in operations, Business Administration, Economics, or related field * Advanced proficiency in Excel required. * System Experience using SAP, JDA or similar ERP systems. * Business experience in Demand and Replenishment Planning in either a retail or consumer products manufacturing environment * General understanding of inventory management, and retail replenishment preferred. * Professional experience in a Supply Chain related field preferred * Ability to travel up to 25% of the time. The starting budgeted pay range for this role will generally fall between $85,100.00 - $100,100.00 per year.
