Aerotek Production Supervisor in Marysville, Michigan
Job Description
The candidate will be in charge of 40 production employees
They will be responsible for learning policies and procedures as well as the product line
The candidate will exhibit leadership and ensure that employees maintain production numbers and company standards
Responsibilities include training, setting production goals, discipline, auditing payroll, ensuring safety, and correcting any production or quality errors

Essential Skills
4-5 years of automotive supervision experience
Experience operating and improving training programs
High production experience
Proficiency in production reporting and scheduling
Shifts
Openings on multiple shifts
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $68000.00 - $78000.00/yr.
Company-
HP Pelzer manufactures carpeted products for the automotive industry. They are installed into trunks and headliners and under car hoods.
They put a soundproof/weather/waterproof backing onto carpets that are used for the floorboard in your vehicle.
Plant one has 8-10 stamping cells with at least 4 presses per cell. They are a high production shop and are constantly track numbers and efficiencies.
Hours-
Candidate will be working 2nd shift (3-11).
It is very normal for supervisors to work 6 days a week and to get 55-60 hours a week. 10-12 hour days. Candidates are paid 1/6 of their weekly earnings if they go over 45 hours.
