Job Title: Solar General Labor

Job Description

We are seeking dedicated individuals to join our team for wire management and terminations in a solar project. This role is essential for ensuring the smooth operation and installation of solar systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage and organize wires and cables for solar installations.

• Perform terminations as required by the project specifications.

• Ensure all work complies with safety standards and protocols.

• Assist in the installation and maintenance of solar panels.

Essential Skills

• Experience in solar installations.

• Ability to perform wire management tasks efficiently.

• Knowledge of termination procedures.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Must be a resident of Ohio to comply with domicile requirements.

Work Environment

You will be working 40-50 hours per week with the availability of per diem if distance requirements are met. The standard work schedule is Monday to Friday, from 7 am to 5:30 pm.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of Martinsville, Ohio.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00/hr.
