Manufacturing company with locations nationwide is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee the development and execution of a greenfield project. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the project from inception through completion, ensuring that it is completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.

  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in Project Management, with a focus on manufacturing or heavy industry projects.

responsibilities:

Project Planning and Initiation:

  • Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, schedule, budget, and resource allocation.

  • Conduct feasibility studies and risk assessments.

  • Coordinate with stakeholders to define project objectives and deliverables.

Team Management:

  • Lead a multidisciplinary team, including engineers, designers, contractors, and other professionals.

  • Assign tasks, set performance goals, and provide ongoing support and guidance to team members.

  • Foster a collaborative and productive work environment.

Budget and Resource Management:

  • Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness and efficiency.

  • Monitor and control project expenditures.

  • Ensure adequate allocation of resources and materials.

Schedule Management:

  • Develop and maintain detailed project schedules.

  • Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to meet deadlines.
