WVUHS Medical Group and the Department of Emergency Medicine seeks an Emergency Medicine Physician to practice at Berkeley Medical Center in Martinsburg, West Virginia. Depending on operational needs, a successful candidate may also be assigned to provide services at additional worksites in West Virginia, Maryland, and Pennsylvania. In such instances, travel would be anticipated and expected to fulfill said duties at these additional sites. Duties: The successful candidate will practice in the areas of Emergency Medicine. In addition to providing comprehensive outpatient clinical care to patients in an emergency medicine capacity and establish preventive health practices for patients. Qualifications: Candidate must have an MD or DO degree or foreign equivalent and be eligible for state medical license. Successful candidate must have completed an accredited emergency medicine residency program. Successful candidates must be board certified / eligible via a recognized board within ABMS. All qualifications must be met by the time of appointment. The Department of Emergency Medicine has over 100 full-time members across diverse practice sites.
