Our company is seeking a highly detailed and proactive Full Charge Bookkeeper to manage our financial records and transactions for our clients. The ideal candidate will possess great problem-solving skills, a strong knowledge of bookkeeping software, and experience handling all aspects of a company's accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage all daily bookkeeping duties including tracking of expenses, income, sales receipts and payments.

• Create and analyze financial reports and ensure all financial transactions are properly recorded.

• Perform reconciliations of bank accounts and credit card accounts.

• Maintain accurate financial records for tax purposes.

• Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with industry regulations.

• Process payroll in a timely and accurate manner.

• Develop and improve financial processes and systems.

  Requirements

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.

• Certified Bookkeeper (CB) designation preferred.

• Proven experience as a Full Charge Bookkeeper.

• Comprehensive knowledge of bookkeeping software.

• Strong organizational and analytical skills.

• Attention to detail and accuracy.
