JOB REQUIREMENTS: Interstate Assembly Systems is looking for Truck Assembler Technicians for the First Shift at our Marshfield Wisconsin location. Interstate Assembly Systems is a leading manufacturer of quality service vehicles, commercial power generation equipment, and leading distributor of high-performance diesel and gas engines for many applications and industries. Responsibilities: Assemble IMT systems according to established procedures and specifications Inspect components for defects or damage, and report any issues to the supervisor Test and verify the functionality of assembled IMT systems Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure efficiency and safety Collaborate with team members to meet production targets and deadlines Troubleshoot and resolve assembly issues or process inefficiencies Conduct quality checks on finished products to ensure adherence to manufacturing standards Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent Mechanical and electrical skills and experience preferred Prior experience in automotive assembly or a similar manufacturing environment preferred Strong mechanical aptitude and an understanding of assembly techniques Attention to detail and the ability to follow complex instructions accurately Good manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination Ability to work effectively in a team environment Excellent time management and organizational skills Must have own hand and air tools to perform duties Benefits: Skill/ Growth opportunities available with in house training Broad range of health (medical, dental and vision) insurance options Flexible paid time off and paid holidays 401(K) with company match Company supplied uniforms Work boot allowance Please note this job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties or responsibilities that are required of the employee for this job.
