SERVICE FIRST STAFFING Diesel Mechanic-CDL A in MARSHFIELD, Wisconsin
JOB REQUIREMENTS: Inspect vehicles for damage and record findings so that necessary repairs can be made. - Perform mid-level troubleshooting and repairs on diesel vehicles. - Address hydraulic, pneumatic, and fuel system issues. - Conduct maintenance and repairs on brakes, suspension systems and exhaust systems. - Execute scheduled maintenance, including oil changes, filter replacements, inspections, etc. - Identify potential issues during routine inspections and address them promptly. - Collaborate with bigger shops if a job is out of their ability and get it scheduled. - Companies modifies their containers, so willingness to do minor carpentry work (paint, change handles, etc.) - Company provides tools, but if you prefer to use your own you can. BUT if they go missing, Company isn\'t responsible as drivers use tools also) ***** OTHER EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS: - If you obtain CDL A, need FEDMED. - Working on newer (2020+) semis/trucks. - All trucks are automatics. - Able to bend schedule if needed. - Home at night!
