McFarland Clinic PC Clinical Supervisor (FT) | Family Medicine | Marshalltown | 2024-247 in Marshalltown, Iowa

Description

McFarland Clinic is currently accepting applications for Clinical Supervisor for its Marshalltown Family Medicine department. Candidates should be service-oriented, a team player, demonstrate good communication skills and be able to provide extraordinary care, everyday to our patients.

Responsibilities include: works closely with the Family Medicine Department Manager and Marshalltown Executive Director assisting in management and oversight of clinical operations and administration of the department. This includes direct supervision and monitoring of performance of clinical staff, hiring new employees, weekly payroll management, monitoring of department finances and budget, and oversight of clinical operations and processes. Includes direct patient care responsibilities.

Education

  • Graduate of accredited school of nursing.

  • Graduate from an accredited program for Medical Assistants.

Certification/License

  • Possession of current State Registered Nurse license

  • Possession of current State Licensed Practical Nursing license

  • Possession of Certified Medical Assistant certification

  • Current Basic Life Support certification for Health Care Providers

Days: Monday - Friday. Occasional Saturday mornings and evenings.

Hours: Monday-Friday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Experience

  • Minimum of 2 years nursing experience.

  • Previous clinical experience in the outpatient setting preferred.

  • Previous management experience preferred but not required.
