Auburn Ridge is currently seeking a Building Component Designer to join our team. As a Building Component Designer, you will play a crucial role in the creation and development of detailed designs for our building products, ensuring precision and quality in every project. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Design and Development: Utilize your expertise in design to create detailed plans and blueprints for building components. Ensure all designs meet project specifications, codes, and quality standards. Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough reviews of design plans to ensure accuracy and completeness. Address any issues or discrepancies and make necessary adjustments for optimal functionality and appearance. Collaboration with Team: Collaborate with theteam to understand project requirements and design criteria. Communicate any design modifications or challenges related to building components. The successful candidate will possess: Design Expertise: Proven experience in building component design or a related field. Proficiency with design software and tools (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit). Attention to Detail: Meticulous approach to design to ensure precision and quality. Ability to identify and address any issues during the design process. Communication Skills: Clear and effective communication with theteam. Ability to convey design-related information in a friendly manner. Collaborative Skills: Ability to work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of design components. Flexibility to adapt to design modifications and client preferences.
