Quality Engineer roles available:

• Incoming Quality Control (IQC) Engineers

• Process Quality Engineers (PQE)

• Supplier Quality Engineers (SQE)

Quality Engineer Responsibilities (Based on position)

• Document and report non-conformances and collaborate with suppliers to resolve quality issues.

• Monitor and control the quality of in-process manufacturing to ensure compliance with standards.

• Identify and rectify any deviations from quality standards during the production process.

• Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions to address quality issues during production.

• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance quality processes and systems

• Conduct internal audits to ensure the effectiveness of the quality management system.

• Analyze quality data and metrics to identify areas for improvement

Quality Engineer Requirements:

• BS Degree in a related discipline

• Previous Quality experience in a manufacturing environment- Automotive industry highly preferred

• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to implement effective corrective actions.
