Work Schedule:

Traditionally Monday-Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm with occasional evening and weekend work required.

Salary:

Targeted Salary range is $42,000-$45,600

Brief Statement of Duties

Brief Statement of Duties:

Manage, direct and coordinate all employment activities, hiring processes, onboarding activities, training, time keeping processes, payroll, and employment paperwork for Dining Services and Auxiliary Operations which includes student employees (600+), temporary/casual employees (up to 20), and full-time staff (up to 50). Responsible for maintaining files and electronic personnel records, preparing documentation for temporary staff, overtime equalization, leave balances, and vacation requests. Serve as backup and support for the Dining Services central office team.  Provide assistance to the senior administrative team, including relief from routine administrative duties.

One year experience in an office setting with a focus on organization skills, database management and/or a computerized payroll system, record keeping, and efficiencies in completing daily tasks.
